These free trainings share practical parenting strategies from Conscious Discipline to help you stay calm, understand your child’s behavior, and respond to challenging moments. Join us online from 6–8 p.m. Zoom links will be sent after you register

Learn how stress and big feelings affect you and your child. Explore simple ways to find your calm, help your child through difficult moments, and build a stronger connection.
Sessions begin at 9:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. on both days of the Expo
*The 9:30 a.m. training begins before the expo opens.
